1. General provisions concerning the service

Hidden in Hamburg offers puzzle games in which the participants try to solve puzzles within the given time and master the tasks set for them.

2. Cancellation

It is not possible to cancel your booking. Please get in touch with us anyway and we will see what we can do.

3. No right of withdrawal

Paragraph  312 g 2 No. 9 BGB does not apply to the acquisition of admission rights through online bookings. It follows from this that there is no right of withdrawal with regard to the declaration of intent which was submitted by the acquisition and execution of an online booking.
