1. general conditions for the following service: Hidden in Braunschweig offers puzzle games in which the participants try to free themselves from a room within the given time.

2.1 Hidden in Braunschweig does not assume any liability for injuries or other damages caused by the participants themselves. Stephan Diekmann, Hauke Loges, Fridolin Muuß, Daniel Unger.
2.2 Hidden in Braunschweig Inh. Stephan Diekmann, Hauke Loges, Fridolin Muuß, Daniel Unger are not liable for the deterioration of the participant’s state of health, other health damages or accidents (e.g. malaise, fainting, heart attack, claustrophobia, panic attack, asthma etc.).
2.3 It may happen that we have to cancel or change already confirmed bookings due to various circumstances. In such cases we reserve this right.
3. obligations of the participant
3.1 The solutions of the Live Escape Game shall be considered a trade secret. Partial or complete publication or disclosure to third parties is strictly prohibited.
4. conditions of participation
4.1 Participants under the age of 15 may only take part in the game when accompanied by an adult.
4.2 Participation in the game is at one’s own risk.
4.3 The participant acknowledges that the door of the game room closes for 60 minutes and can only be opened by solving the tasks. In justified cases the door can be opened prematurely by the organizers.
4.4 People suffering from claustrophobia, panic attacks, asthma, heart disease, infectious diseases or other health endangering diseases are not advised to participate in the game. Hidden in Braunschweig, Inh. Fridolin Muuß, Daniel Unger, Hauke Loges, Stephan Diekmann shall not be liable for any resulting accidents, damages or damage to health.
4.5 All damages caused in the playroom are to be refunded.
4.6 Photo and video recordings in the playroom are not permitted.
4.7 Smoking is prohibited in the playroom.
4.8 A violation of the rules of the game will result in the immediate expulsion of the participant, in which case the participation fee will not be refunded.
4.9 Cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before the date. If the booking is cancelled later by the customer or if the customer does not appear or does not appear in time for the event, all claims against Hidden in Braunschweig which result from the purchase of the ticket shall lapse. There will be no refund or replacement. In case of non-appearance without prior cancellation of the appointment, the customer will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4.10 Promotion vouchers and company discounts cannot be combined with each other or with each other.
Since we want to satisfy our customers, we offer a goodwill arrangement. Please send your application by e-mail to [email protected]. In the case of a goodwill cancellation, refund or rebooking, system costs of at least 40,- Euro and a maximum of 120,- Euro incl. VAT will be incurred.
5. right of revocation
§ 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 9 BGB does not apply to the acquisition of admission rights through online bookings. It follows from this that there is no right of revocation with regard to the declaration of intent which was submitted by the acquisition and execution of an online booking.
